Aspirus Wausau Hospital

Aspirus Wausau Hospital is a regional health resource for north central Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Aspirus Wausau Hospital is a Magnet facility licensed for 321 beds and staffed by 350 physicians in 35 specialties. Best known for its worldclass cardiovascular program, Aspirus Wausau Hospital also provides leading edge cancer, trauma, women’s health, and spine and neurological care.

When the existing rehabilitation facility needed an update at Aspirus Wausau Hospital, the facility managers and designers turned to Johnsonite’s MicroTone™ Speckled Rubber Tile in Hammered texture to complete the renovation. They chose MicroTone due to the rubber’s natural slip-resistant properties, its shock absorbing qualities and low maintenance requirements. These characteristics meant MicroTone Speckled Rubber Tile was the perfect fit for the hospital’s needs.
